Sunset Sound studios were known for classic recordings such as The Doors’ LA Woman, Toto’s Africa and Prince’s Purple Rain.

IK recreated them using its unique Volumetric Response Modelling, an advanced hybrid convolution technique, to deliver the highest-quality reverb effects possible and ensure the results of T-RackS’s processing were virtually indistinguishable from recordings made in the real rooms. The plugin is designed around a convolution reverb with a variety of impulse responses captured in the iconic spaces, using the original microphones and consoles from the studios.
